To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Electronic Systems Development department an
(Sr.) Engineer OTA Validation for Infotainment Systems (IT) (M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
- Ensuring smooth integration of OTA (Over The Air Update) and readiness for the roll-out into the EU markets.
- Ensuring smooth operation of OTA inside the vehicle and ensure responsiveness of all targeted ECU for SW updates
- Ensuring coordination of suppliers and sub-suppliers, track issues and bug fix control (JIRA Error DB) in alignment with SW release plan
- Working with different stakeholders such as engineering, quality, marketing, & aftermarket teams to improve the OTA feature set
- Contributing to OTA road map by providing technical requirements to expand in-vehicle OTA
- Challenging the technical content under the aspects of performance and competitiveness. Identify and propose improvement opportunities acc. to EU taste and drive their implementation
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor or Masters in the areas of Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of working experience in Infotainment System validation or SW development
- Experience of CAN and Ethernet protocols and in working with automotive test tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Wireshark, Experiences in the area of SW update/ FOTA/ OTA would be preferable
- Knowledge in UNECE WP.29 R155 and 156 (Cyber security/ SW update) is an advantage but not required
- Flexible and highly motivated to work in an international environment, Good command in English
- Good planning and organizing skills, Readiness to travel or driving test with valid European driving license B
- Close collaboration with our R&D headquarter in Korea and respective development partners
