In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all sales operations align with company policies and industry standards.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate the sales process, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues, working proactively to minimize disruptions.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership experience for 2+ years.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willi ng to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
