Our goal is to build a core UX team that collaborates closely with vertical product designers, ensuring a unified approach to business and product goals.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join this core UX team. </strong></p><p dir="ltr">In this role, you will mentor and guide vertical product designers, conduct UX research to support feature discovery and validation, and champion data-driven decision-making based on usability testing, user behavior insights, and client interviews that you’ll manage.</p><p dir="ltr">We believe that strong UX practices, a collaborative team, informed decisions, and thorough solution validation are essential to our continued growth and evolution. The only way forward.</p><p><br></p><p></p><h4>What will you do?</h4><p dir="ltr">As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive, with minimal supervision, the quality of user experience design across our diverse solutions, directly influencing multiple teams that are crucial to the company’s success and growth. You will contribute to strategic business decisions and lead discussions shaping our overarching UX vision.</p><p dir="ltr">In this role, you will optimise UX operations by implementing streamlined workflows and processes that empower the design team to collaborate efficiently across projects and verticals. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Growth, ensuring that our design language and patterns are consistent and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.</p><p dir="ltr">When necessary, you’ll provide hands-on support for high-priority UI design tasks, helping the team deliver exceptional UX products and features. Additionally, you will be a strong advocate for user experience, championing UX as a key driver of business success and customer satisfaction.
