Your mission will be to ensure sales targets are met, develop the team, and optimize processes to scale our results.</p><h4><br></h4><h4>What will you do?</h4><ul> <li>Develop and execute the sales strategy for the SMB &amp; Mid Market segment, focusing on new customer acquisition and expanding the existing customer base.</li><li>Lead the sales team, including recruitment, training, continuous development, and performance management.<br></li><li>Integrate the marketing and customer success teams, creating synergy between demand generation, conversion, and customer retention.<br></li><li>Closely monitor sales KPIs, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.<br></li><li>Act as a facilitator for the team, removing obstacles and ensuring optimal execution of activities.<br></li><li>Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment, promoting team engagement and growth.<br></li><li>Actively participate in the negotiation process with key accounts and in defining commercial strategies to increase market share.<br></li><li>Develop sales forecasts and performance reports for company leadership, ensuring accuracy and transparency.<br></li><li>Stay up to date with market trends and competitors, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our sales approach.</li></ul><h4><br></h4><h4>Differentiators:</h4><ul> <li>Experience in high-growth environments (startups/scale-ups).</li> <li>Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).</li><li>Knowledge of the Facilities Management market.</li></ul><h4><br></h4><h4>What do we offer?</h4><ul> <li>Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture</li> <li>Competitive salary and perks</li> <li>A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus)<br> </li> <li>A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them</li> <li>Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.</li> </ul><p> </p> •
