The Director of Talent Programs is a dynamic, energetic, and strong team player supporting the recruitment opportunity within the organization, the development of its people, and Spark Power branding. Reporting to the Vice Presidents of the operational teams, this role is responsible for all programs related to recruiting, learning and development, and entry programs.
