We are looking to expand our Sales Team with the best and brightest. In summary, this contractor role requires strong communication, excellent time management, and superior customer service skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle a designated number of calls efficiently and within set timeframes.
  • Thoroughly understand and personalize talking points for various topics.
  • Actively engage prospects and capitalize on opportunities to schedule meetings.
  • Regularly review updated scripts and talking points to enhance knowledge and performance.
  • Achieve personal and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative

  • Self-motivated individual with a high sense of ownership and responsibility 
  • Capacity to overcome fear of rejection and failure in order hunt and track down new leads 
  • Have a hunger for personal growth 
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Superior listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience required.
  • Experience with appointment setting or equivalent outbound calling experience.
  • Ability to work from home, including reliable internet access, a computer, and a headset.
  • Demonstrated history of effective teamwork.
  • Strong customer-handling skills
  • Availability to work during USA business hours, from 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time
