WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The INTL Supply Ops team is the driving factor behind expanding Peerspace to new markets globally. This includes onboarding and managing new and unique spaces as well as taking part in how we grow initial demand and localization to ensure a successful entry into new markets. Each member of our team directly impacts our marketplace reach in new and existing markets. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring unique spaces, and building relationships with future Peerspace hosts. 

We are looking for a driven professional  with strong sales skills who can focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads/customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Qualify prospective leads within a defined territory (i.e., adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) and conduct high-level conversations with owners/operators/hosts
  • Identify potential customers and new business opportunities for Peerspace by understanding and communicating Peerspace’s host benefits and space requirements
  • Review and process new and existing space and listing submissions, including making listing adjustments based on Peerspace listing quality and success standards
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status in Salesforce
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across the operations organization within Europe and North America
  • Meet KPIs set by respective teams

Requirements

YOU HAVE…

  • Must be fluent in English and French, knowing other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience generating leads through email, events, meetings and phone calls
  • Outbound sales call and campaign experience

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience using CRM tool(s) like Salesforce, email marketing software
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; proficiency with Office or Google Docs
  • Confident with selling across multiple channels including email, phone & in-person
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product knowledge
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Account management experience
