Location: Surrey. BC

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

Must have the following Core Skills and Experience:

Strong written and oral communication in a business environment (no exceptions)
Experience in health care communications
Ability to translate complex clinical and technology concepts into meaningful communication mediums, tailored and appropriate for audience, channel, etc. for Clinical Information System / Hospital Information System Transformation.
Worked as part of organizational change management team on large, complex CIS / HIS implementation projects.
Mentoring and coaching skills to guide and motivate team members.
Relationship focused and a strong team builder. Experienced with working in large teams within a multi stakeholder environment (e.g., vendors and staff).
Acute attention to detail.
Creative with strong visual communication experience.
Self-motivated, problem solver and a critical thinker.
Microsoft suite, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
Web content management experience
Collaborative and able to work with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of an organization.
Seeks to resolve issues or misunderstandings and lifts team members up for overall team success.

Value-Add: Increase Likelihood

Graphic Designer with Strong U/X skills and experience is an asset.
Digital Agency experience is an asset.
U/X design experience is an asset.
User Empathy and Ethnographic experience is an asset.
Customer / Patient Journey Mapping and User Experience.
