About the work:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Administrator / Registered Nurse to join our team in Newport News, Virginia serving the Peninsula and Williamsburg.
This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about training, quality of care, and community impact. This is an exceptional opportunity to transition your experience from a hospital environment, offering more traditional working hours and the flexibility for remote work when not onsite at our Newport News Home Instead office providing training or conducting site visits at our client’s homes.

Your Impact:
In this role you’ll be educating our team of Care Pros (our caregivers) about relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining essential certifications and licensures, acting as a liaison between the governing body, staff members, our Care Pros, and the community we serve.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
