Job Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Play a key role in Electrical water heater product development and product strategies formulation in collaboration with product development teams and external partners.

2.Assist with water heater development, from concept to certification, including hardware and software used in product development test and certification equipment, project planning, working with vendors, and project supervision.

3.You will be involved throughout the design process beginning with conceptual design through the implementation stages and continuing with product support after product is introduced in the marketplace.

4. Participate in ensuring Product Compliance and Market Access as assigned including but not limited to gathering, interpreting, and internalizing relevant product policies and regulations in the United States, supporting product compliance and upgrades in the local market.

5.Participate in FMEA, DFMEA, and design reviews.

6. Continuous Improvement of the Quality of U.S. Products: Responsible for analyzing and improving all quality issues related to the products, aiming to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction continuously.

 

Qualifications

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer or a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Electrical water heaters or related fields.

2. Is able to independently led development projects from project initiation to market launch in the instantaneous combustion field.

3. Familiarity with national standards and industry standards of water heaters in North America.

4. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, demonstrate a strong service orientation, teamwork spirit, and a high level of execution capability.

5.Able to Investigate problems and requirements of projects and develop plans for solutions.
