Core One is seeking a Signature Reduction Technician to support our program. This position requires a Secret clearance. This position is contingent on contract award.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Position requires expertise with the SR/OPSEC Program to conduct assessments, produce and track documents and items, ensure compliance, and design training courses
• Assess and develop recommendations for current and future SR requirements by conducting mission and requirements analyses
• Support the customer by analyzing the development of, reviewing, processing, and coordinating command and SR plans, annexes, policies, and directives

 Requirements:

• Must hold an Active SECRET clearance
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Special Operations as a Signature Reduction Technician
• Graduate of the Advanced Technicians Course (ATC) or the Advanced Planners Course (APC)
• Management experience relating to SR support and life cycle
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey challenging nuances in the subject matter
• Top-tier interpersonal skills necessary to build constructive relationships
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
