• Develop and implement the 2025 social media strategy for Germany, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, leveraging our existing content and developing new concepts.
• Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to boost organic reach and engagement.
• Identify, engage with, and grow relevant online communities and influencer partnerships.
• Analyse social media performance, create insightful reports, and use data to inform future strategies.

• Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with both B2B and B2C background.
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and reach, particularly on LinkedIn and
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools and creating actionable reports.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, negotiation, and campaign execution.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content for different social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
