The Marketing Lead reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities to promote Acquisition and Engagement. He/She designs campaigns to strengthen the Image / branding and uses creativity and expertise to design ways to manage and deliver the brand's message to new and existing partners.

What you'll do:

  • Image Builder: Upholds the Lalamove Image we want to uphold to our Partners and to our Users. The day to day activities revolve on campaign development, but also ensures that other teams align to the vision, character and personality of a Lalamove Partner.

  • Strategy & Campaign Development: Identifies the best communication materials to maximize exposure and delivery of message for a monthly or tactical objectives which includes both offline and online activations. Meets vendors for prospective media tools and new trends for advertising/communication. Campaigns must always be engaging and refreshing, and ensures all campaigns and marketing materials meet deadlines.

  • Leads/Acquisition: All organic and paid (Ads) activities strategized must funnel to meeting the monthly target Driver Leads.

  • Administrative: Ensures that all department/unit processes are properly documented and up-to-date. Sets and monitors Marketing budget.

  • High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.

What you'll need:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Brand Marketing or multi-channel Campaign Development and Activations (Online and Offline)
  • Strategist. Has excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Data & Results Driven, has excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment is preferred, but experience in traditional brand marketing or ad agencies also welcomed.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats at one time.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with designers & other members of marketing team in order to produce desired output
  • Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
