About the role:
The HR Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of benefits regulations and industry trends.
Duties and responsibilities of the job include the following (but is not limited too):
Manage enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits plans, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment processes, including preparing communication materials, hosting informational sessions, and assisting employees with enrollment decisions.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure the integrity of data within the HRIS system.

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:
Potential Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually
This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
