The team will consist out of both technical, engineering and digitalization competence paired with background in teaching mentoring and our tutoring. </p><p>As a team lead you are responsible to</p><p> - guide, organize and coordinate the team <br> - foster team collaboration<br> - secure proper goal setting and planning in alignment with the digitalization<br> competence group<br> - secure proper communication within the team but as well within EWB - especially<br> with the Digitalisation competence group as well with our external partners such<br> as our partner in Uganda <br> <br></p><p>If you have a <strong>background in tech or engineering </strong>- especially in the areas of IT, computer science, digitalization, programming or other digital technologies we are looking for YOU! </p><p>Additional <strong>background in teaching, mentoring tutoring and or pedagogy</strong> is a plus.<a id="cc_0"></a><br></p><p>Join us, if You</p><p>- Want to have <strong>FUN while supporting STEM initiatives in Africa</strong></p><p>- Are <strong>passionate </strong>about <strong>digitalization and inspiring and leading others</strong></p><p>- Have a knack for technology and a <strong>desire to share and expand your knowledge</strong></p><p>- Desire to <strong>work independently, collaborate effectively, and showcase proactive<br> leadership</strong></p><p>- Possess <strong>excellent communication skills</strong> to engage and <strong>inspires others</strong></p><p><strong>Conditions</strong></p><p>Start: as soon as possible</p><p>Location: remotely</p><p>Time requirement: approximately 2-4h/ week<br></p><p>Terms: volunteering</p><p dir="ltr">We are reviewing applications continuously.
