What You'll Do: 🎯

As an Executive Assistant at GoodHabitz, your role is instrumental in supporting our Executive Board members to be their most productive and successful selves. Dive into the adventure by providing top-notch administrative support, managing agendas and emails, preparing meetings, and handling travel arrangements when needed.

Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might involve:

• Be the go-to person for colleagues with questions and meeting requests for the board members;
• Juggle professional appointments and handle personal matters seamlessly;
• Coordinate intricate schedules for meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare meetings, craft insightful notes, and process information as needed;
• Cultivate professional relationships with shareholders;
• Organize (foreign) business trips, from booking flights to arranging necessary documents;
• Present documents to the director for signing, ensuring smooth processing and forwarding;
• Lead projects, including small-scale events for the supported team;
• Monitor departmental budgets and approve invoices on behalf of the department.

Requirements

This role is a perfect match for you because ...

• You bring over 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role;
• You're available full-time (32-40 hours a week);
• Communication flows naturally through you, and you excel in creating clarity. Your practical experience in an assistant role equips you to navigate busy agendas with ease.
• You thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of an innovative tech scale-up;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• A love for working independently and precisely, while seamlessly engaging with various stakeholders as needed;
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in both English and Dutch.
