The Challenge: 

At GoodHabitz, we’re on the hunt for a rockstar Functional Application Manager with a special focus on our CRM, Salesforce. We need someone who can ensure all our essential software runs smoothly. Think of yourself as a superhero, managing, improving, and expanding processes, automation, and integrations for our primary systems (mainly our CRM, Salesforce). Your mission? Empower everyone at GoodHabitz to do their best work and help us create an awesome learning platform for millions of people worldwide!  

What You’ll Do 🎯 

• Keep our CRM Salesforce in top-notch shape as one of our dedicated Salesforce wizards
• Swiftly respond to any incoming requests from end-users
• Work according to agile principles and attend daily scrums
• Strengthen our company’s core by handling all CRM integrations
• Use your analytical skills to understand the logic behind our CRM and how it can best serve the business
• Outline and implement new processes, either from your own ideas or based on requests from colleagues
• Jump into projects as an IT expert, advising colleagues from different departments
• Embrace challenges and keep pushing yourself until you’ve found a suitable solution for everyone involved

Requirements

This Role Is a Perfect Match for You Because you have.. 

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin and/or Salesforce Developer
• Integration experience using Salesforce API and third-party tool APIs
• In-depth Sales Cloud experience
• Basic Apex coding skills
• Experience with CPQ
• You’re a genuine team player with a proactive mindset, working in a highly service-minded team
• You understand the requirements from stakeholders, from Sales and Product Support to Finance
• Strong technical skills and exceptional organizational skills
• You understand cross-functional dependencies
• You’re proficient in English

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Service Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
• Experience with AI (both within Salesforce and in general)
• Experience with Business Central (ERP)
