Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for level I support of computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be responsible for creating a technically smooth flowing environment in the office. As well as a great experience for all End-Users.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Training computer users.
Writing and editing training manuals.

Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years of experience in support
Needs to be able to manage level 1 tickets
Experience with both Mac and Windows operating systems
Extensive knowledge of Office365 and Active Directory
Needs to be a proven problem solver
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
Strong collaboration skills
Willingness to learn new technology when needed
