We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic accounting professional to join our Company on a temporary basis. In this, you will be exposed to the following areas in Finance - Financial Accounting, Business Law/Contracts, Procurement, Project Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance.

While this is a temporary position, you will receive coaching and mentorship to develop your skills throughout your tenure with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Finance:
• Assist the Finance Manager in client finance operations, including reviewing agreements, project budgeting, margin assessment, project database management, billings, payments, work-in-progress tracking, intercompany transactions, and support for tenders/RFPs/RFQs.
• Support revenue recognition assessments for client projects during month-end closing.
• Monitor and review client contribution margins and over-servicing, collaborating with the business team to address project-specific financial issues.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Assisting Finance Manager with preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast.
• Consolidate financial data and provide accurate projections.
• Analyze budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis with key insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial models and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Min. 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
