Project Analyst

Project Analyst / 3–9-month Remote Contract

Do you excel working on Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects across a variety of capabilities and functional areas, and work well in a collaborative environment? Do you have experience working with Business and Technology teams with excellent documentation practices and business acumen to support Client’s implementations in this space for their customers.

The Skills You Bring

• Manages and monitors projects budget, scope, schedule, progress, and risks.
• Prepares status reports and monitors stakeholder engagement during the lifecycle of the project.
• Supports meetings, compiles findings, and effectively and proactively manages priorities, timelines, and deadlines.
• Develops project plans and tracks key milestones
• Performs issues and risk management, tracking, prioritization, resolution facilitation, reporting and trending analysis.

The Expertise You Have

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with project management process, methodologies, and techniques.
• At least 5 years in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint).
• Understanding and experience in either Agile (Scrum) framework or Waterfall development methodology.
• Exposure to supply chain and manufacturing in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills.

• Working closely with internal partners including SC, PMO, and other business teams.

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Limited travel to Mexico may be required – passport needed
