VP of Finance and Accounting (Part-Time)

Part-time (~20 hours per week) role leading firmwide financial operations including accounting, FP&A, tax, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, partnership accounts, investor communications, valuations, and audits across all Kanbrick entities, collaborating with external partners including partnership administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.

- Treasury Management: Oversee Kanbrick's treasury functions and banking relationships, encompassing capital calls and distributions, bank reporting, and cash flow management.

- Tax: Collaborate with third party advisors on tax planning and ensuring the timely and accurate filing of taxes for all Kanbrick entities.

- Regulatory Compliance: Spearhead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory mandates (e.g., SEC, KYC, LPA terms, etc.).

- KBS Enhancement: Support KBS Team as needed to assist in building financial functions across Kanbrick's operating companies

- Operational and Firmwide Systems Leadership: Direct other projects to bolster Kanbrick's success, including real estate leases, technology systems, reporting system architecture, and more.

Requirements

CPA with experience in finance and FP&A; fund / partnership accounting preferred
