Internal Sales France (m/f/d)

Güntner Group is a world-leading company in the manufacture of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment components. With approx. 4,000 employees and nine production sites worldwide we have a strong presence in all markets.

GUNTNER France, sales office in France has been installed for more than 10 years. Its clientele is mainly composed of refrigeration & HVAC companies , where the entire industrial range of air exchangers (Condensers, Evaporators, etc.) are offered, and in particular those operating on ecological fluids such as NH3 and CO², but also its new commercial range intended for commercial refrigeration installations (Supermarkets & Hypermarkets).

Your tasks

• In collaboration with the concerned departments, monitoring of projects in execution from order to delivery:
  • Verification and control of order acknowledgments
  • Verification & control of plans & diagrams
  • Be the technical contact for customers for everything related to current orders and/or special inquiries
  • Follow-up of specific orders
  • This position requires many trips to customers in order to support them in the proper monitoring of the projects and for the technical assistance, mainly for the good mastery of our selection tools.
• Coordinate with other head office services in Germany

Your skills

• BTS or equivalent in refrigeration and/or climate engineering
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in this sector of activity as an engineering project manager, execution project manager, within an installation company or a manufacturer
• A good knowledge of French and English is a minimum requirement, is essential for this position operating in an international environment and is the basis for exchanges with our contacts at headquarters and/or within our factories. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Profiles without experience will be studied on a case-by-case basis depending on skills and motivations
