Your tasks:
- Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers
- Prioritise projects and activities
- Negotiate projects and orders
- Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
- Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible
- identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management
- Visits to headquarter as required for specific activities
Your skills:
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration / Energy / Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineering
- Preferably thermodynamic background
- Knowledge of GPC-Software selection, Experience in Sales,
- Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
- Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system or Heat Exchangers
- Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market
- Fluent in Polish and English
