Job Responsibilities:

Manage key areas within the Lam supply chain organization that focus on operational excellence.
Prepare and track project schedules, milestones and KPIs across centers of excellence (CoE). Communicate key developments, updates, and performance to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Create and update procedures, program documents and training related to OpEx and CoEs.
Identify, design, develop and implement CoE initiatives and programs for the organization. Obtain alignment and implement stakeholder and leadership input.
Interface with CFTs to drive automation/process optimization/continuous improvement/digital transformation/system transformation, etc. using agile principles.
Drive OpEx goals (productivity/efficiency/ speed to solution) through improvement initiatives across verticals by leveraging strategic reviews/lean principles/metric analysis/ benchmarking/VOCs/CTQs, etc.
Replicate and scale successful CoE initiatives. Grasp complex technical topics, abstract key issues and blockers into an actionable form. Share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for OpEx.
Champion OpEx across supply chain and logistics to architect organization wide learning and knowledge management opportunities to enhance the performance of the organization.

Other Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, commodity teams, analytics and CFTs to establish and implement VAVE roadmap inclusive of cost reduction, best practices, etc. across all commodities and product groups.
Proactively, identify risks to VAVE goals, find mitigation solutions and resolve challenges ahead of time
Collaborate cross functionally with commodity, engineering, analytics, and external teams.
Prepare reports, tracking charts, and analytics using MS Excel and Power BI

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
Strong data analytical skills with background in Power BI, MS Suite, & SAP.
Clear concise communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment

Preferred Skills:

Strong project management skills and the ability to work well independently. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience with managing end-to-end execution of programs that span across multiple teams and time zones.
Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within supply chain.
Independently analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
