Shopping Mall General Manager

• Oversee the maintenance phases of the Mall, ensuring that the property meets modern standards and attracts a diverse range of tenants.
• Manage leasing operations, including tenant negotiations, lease agreements, and tenant relations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, retail management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certification in Property Management, Real Estate, or relevant areas is a plus.
• Experience in overseeing maintenance projects and leasing management is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees towards common goals.
