Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Rivera Beach, FLARC Group is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to work closely with our client's management team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, product cost analysis, process improvement, and business strategy analysis to optimize the company's performance. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate the current financial status of the organization and excel in cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities: - Deliver critical financial insights and projections to diverse departments and leadership teams, converting raw data into actionable information for informed decision-making.
- Produce precise monthly and ad-hoc financial reports and assist in crafting presentations that offer insightful analyses, actionable recommendations, and effective decision framing.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across all organizational levels, working together on metrics, objectives, and comprehensive business reviews.
- Develop the operational and financial plan necessary to achieve the management's strategic vision.
- Identify and investigate variances relative to forecasts, budgets, and previous-year expenses, proactively pinpointing improvement opportunities.
- Leverage forecasts and analyze variances against the plan to advise management on decisions related to cost control, performance enhancement, risk management, demand forecasting, and opportunities for both internal and external organizational growth.
- Provide support for special projects with potential impacts on the entire organization, including M&A activities, process optimization, and market research.
- Deep-dive into financial data to become a subject matter expert, offering additional insights.
- Create presentations that deliver in-depth analysis, highlight required action items, and effectively frame decisions.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting, financial, and operational principles, including a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced expertise in Excel, with a strong command of VBA. Additionally, possess strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with individuals at varying management levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent priorities, all while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Highly skilled at synthesizing extensive data sets, piecing together intricate details to rapidly grasp the "big picture," and devising a strategy for improvement that combines common sense, process enhancement, and forward-thinking creativity.
