Key Responsibilities:
Sales / Customer Service Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives specializing in Business Desking & Seating Systems.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service in this product category.
Scheduling Estimators and Quotation Preparation:
- Coordinate and schedule estimators to conduct assessments and gather necessary information for quotation
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations based on customer requirements and assessment findings.
- Present quotations to customers in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing any inquiries and concerns
Quotation Follow-Up and Order Securing:
- Proactively follow up on quotations to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and finalize orders to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.

Facilitation of Project Handovers to Operations:
- Coordinate project handovers to the operations team for projects
- Provide comprehensive project briefings and documentation

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage scheduling, quotations, and project handovers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and secure orders
- Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office) for quotation preparation and tracking
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets and uphold a high standard of customer service
