Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber sales personnel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
