We are looking for a video editor that can work part time (0,8) with a possibility to make it a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

⚡️ Design and edit video ads specifically tailored for Meta and TikTok, ensuring content is optimized for platform-specific nuances.

⚡️ Produce videos that not only align with the UGC vibe but also captivate viewers within the first few seconds, effectively "stopping the scroll."

⚡️ Innovate in ad creation through the iterative blending of AI-enhanced tools, user-generated content, and animations to develop compelling, seamless narratives.

⚡️ Choose and integrate soundtracks and effects that complement the video content and enhance engagement.

⚡️Participate in monthly UGC content shooting days, employing basic camera and lighting skills to capture engaging content.


Requirements:

💪 Extensive experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms. Experience creating engaging ads for Meta and TikTok is highly desirable.

💪 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Familiarity with other graphic design and editing software is a plus. We love CapCut and AI tools.

💪 Proactive team player eager to share creative ideas and collaborate effectively.

💪 A solid understanding of social media trends, user behavior, and the digital landscape.

💪 Ability to handle a small portion (10%) of responsibilities in creating static content effectively.
