Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a superstar Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team at Zedge. This is a hybrid opportunity, meaning routinely spending a couple of days a week in the Vilnius office (Lithuania).

Helping us transform and scale our products will be a part of your journey. Daily collaboration with the Design Team, Product Managers and Engineering will become your routine. With a Customer-Oriented approach and the ability to back it up with data, you will discover insights and findings and transform them into tangible product flows and models. What we expect from you:

💪 Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including Discovery (problem definition, primary and secondary research, experiment phasing) and Delivery (defining scope, building user flows, creating UI’s and interactions).

💪 Proven ability to interpret product data analytics and find actionable insights.

💪 Proven ability to independently design and conduct primary and secondary user research.

💪 User-oriented mindset with an ability to empathize with the end user.

💪 Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members, including product, marketing, engineering and others.

What you’ll do:

⚡️ Identify product issues or improvement opportunities through primary and secondary research.

⚡️ Work together with the Product Manager to define and scope out experiments and their implementation phases.

⚡️ Design user flows, user interfaces and interactions.

⚡️ Work together with Engineering to define solution design, implementation steps and design requirements.

⚡️ Build and maintain Design Systems and their components.

⚡️ Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.

⚡️ Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
