Who we are
We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to implement and oversee industry-best communications processes and practices and lead key communications projects for internal audiences across the company. We are a highly collaborative team and you will work extensively with internal partners across executives, marketing, sales, customer service and the People team to develop, produce, and execute communications for all levels of employees.

As a member of our Brand and Communications team, you will help drive the communications strategy for our company. In this role, you will lead, partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to ensure that communications are effectively distributed and amplified across the organization.

  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders and communications professionals across the company to ensure that program-related communications are effectively distributed and amplified across the organization
  • Measure effectiveness of internal communications efforts and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights

About you

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent in internal communications
  • This position must be willing and able to execute at all stages of communication campaigns and related projects from concept to completion
  • The role requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to create effective presentations, and write and edit in the Attentive style and tone
  • The ideal candidate will be a “yes, and” driver, doer, and collaborator who is strategic, proactive, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-moving and growing company
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related program
  •  Demonstrated track record of building communication strategies, calendars, and quarterly planning
  • Ability to drive projects to successful completion whether working solo or with cross-functional teams
  • Experience planning monthly All Hands content as well as content for large company events, drafting narratives, creating communications timelines and milestones, and bringing stakeholders along with timely updates
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual) with experience originating creative content across a variety of channels
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills
  • Structured  thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Innovative, with a critical/creative thinker mindset
  •  Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management
  • Able to work independently, have the ability to work a flexible schedule, and embrace change and ambiguity enthusiastically
  •  Possess a positive, creative, and collaborative approach, and enthusiastically contribute to team culture

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100k - $140k base + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
