We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing specifically on our product line. You will be responsible for reaching out to new leads and setting up demos. This role is crucial in building and scaling our product offerings within the SupportYourApp client base and beyond.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential leads within target markets using our GTM strategy.
- Reach out to prospects through personalized messages via email, social media, and other channels to engage them and schedule product demos.
- Sales Demos & Closing:
- Conduct sales demos with new prospects to showcase our products.
- Manage the sales process from demo to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for the client.
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking their progress from initial contact through to conversion.
- Upsell existing clients by introducing new features and product enhancements.
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with the Product team to relay valuable customer feedback and insights, helping to improve our product offerings.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business goals.
- Data & Reporting:
- Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking for sales reporting.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, demo success rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health.
Requirements
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound marketing;
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+);
- Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar;
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach;
- Experience in sales or outreach, particularly within the tech or software industry;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
- A team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the product team.
Would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market;
- Good sense of humor 🙂
