Join our team to take an active role in helping companies master their sustainability goals and challenges and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to turn (your) Tanso customers into successful Tanso advocats, take ownership to make us as a Customer Success Team even better and support us in delivering value to our growing customer base at scale.

As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you work together with out Customer Success Lead and the Customer Success Team to build and refine our customer success strategy while working on the front lines of ensuring value delivery in our customer base from sustainability managers to C-Level executives.

In your role you will be building up and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensure value delivery and communication and challenge and improve our CS processes.

 

How you succeed

🤝🏼 Build relationships & Tanso advocates

  • Turn customers into Tanso advocates. Get new customers up to speed quickly and deliver and communicate value.
  • Nurture and maintain customer relationships. Through professional and empathic communication across all interactions, touch points and stakeholders.
  • Be a sparring partner. Provide software and carbon management & sustainability reporting best practices and clarify all questions.

 

📈 Steer insights & customers

  • Be an expert on your customer. Understand their key pain points, needs and expectations and be the customers advocate within Tanso.
  • Renew and upsell customers. Leverage your value delivery and expert knowledge on your customers to present the optimal Tanso offering to them.
  • Proactively get feedback for the Product team and drive (cross-collaborative) projects to improve the customer experience.

 

🚀 Develop CS at Tanso

  • Level up CS. Manage the strategic improvement of our CS function at Tanso. Constantly look for opportunities to lower CS workload while improving customer experience.
  • Be on top of your metrics. Use best-practice metrics to track the success of our efforts and drive initiatives.

Hard Requirements

  • You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
  • You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
  • You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
  • You must speak German at level C2.
