Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the copier, toner, and IT sectors.
- Introduce our company's products and services to decision-makers and influencers.
- Qualify leads and prospects based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet weekly and monthly quotas for calls, appointments set, and opportunities generated.
Requirements:
- Appointment setting, cold calling, and telemarketing, in the copier and IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gain knowledge of copier technology, managed print services, or related IT solutions.
- Work with small to medium-sized businesses.
