Critical crash information is sent over e-call to emergency services and recorded for post-crash analysis.</p><p><strong><em>What you'll do?</em></strong></p><p>As Account Manager, you are <strong>responsible for our key customers for all the products and systems sold to them.</strong></p><p><strong>You manage this account by ensuring the loyalty of existing customers through commercial management activities, including Contract Manufacturing</strong>.</p><p>Based on the specific customer specifications and the Business plan, your main responsibilities will be:</p><p>Customer relationships</p><ul><li>Define and promote the offer and carry out relationship management actions.</li><li>Build a personalized relationship with each client.</li><li>Meet customers on their site.</li><li>Manage complaints and issues.</li></ul><p>Commercial management and monitoring</p><ul><li>Evaluate and report customer needs and requests - voice of the customer within Veoneer</li><li>Ensure the coordination and cooperation of the various internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in commercial negotiations in close collaboration with internal teams and your management.</li><li>Prepare quotes and contract negotiations.</li><li>Ensure the implementation of production capacities and technical solutions are in line with customer expectations and in accordance with the company's strategic plan.</li><li>Identify additional sales opportunities.</li><li>Carry out reporting of commercial activities to senior management.</li><li>Track customer data in computer systems.</li><li>Ensure price consistency across the product range.</li><li>Participate in audits (internal and/or external).</li><li>Participate in project management monitoring activities.</li><li>Control invoicing, account receivables, logistics and quality/warranty costs.</li><li>Responsible for account P&amp;Ls.</li><li>Central interface for the customer account within Veoneer.</li></ul><p><em><br></em></p><p><em><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></em></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance, Master preferred.</p><p>5 years of experience in automotive industry, with proficiency in customer/supplier relationships - direct customer facing roles</p><p>General technical bases in electronics, industrial computing, embedded systems</p><p>Strong negotiation skills</p><p>Fluent in English</p><p>Computer Skills: MS Office applications</p><p><span dir="ltr">You may have to travel occasionally to other Veoneer sites or supplier sites internationally if needed</span><span dir="ltr"></span></p> •
