Customer Service Representative

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
• This position is hybrid. The manager says they are in the office 1 day a week, there are possibilities there will be more than one day a week but that is not the norm. 

• The right candidate should be able to function in a very busy office environment and be able to manage their responsibilities despite many interruptions.
• The CSR position requires a high degree of professionalism; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills; and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• The right candidate will display a friendly/helpful demeanor to; customers, vendors and fellow employees.
• 1. SAP 2. Salesforce experience (not necessary, but preferred) 3. Self motivated/ Independent worker 4. Customer Service experience 5. Microsoft Office applications/ Outlook
