キャリア登録とは、ご自身のこれまでのご経験やキャリアに関するご意向をご登録いただくことで、

• その内容に適した職種・ポジションの募集のご案内
• 適した職種・ポジションのメンバーとカジュアルにお話しいただく場（カジュアル面談など）のご案内
• キャリア形成関連イベントのお知らせ

などのご案内をさせていただくためのものです。

カジュアル面談とは

メルカリでは、リラックスした雰囲気の中で相互理解を深める場として、カジュアル面談をご用意しています。皆さまのご経験やお持ちのスキルとのフィットはもちろんのこと、キャリアに対する価値観、働く場所に求めることと合っているかなど、気になることをお気軽にご質問いただけます。

「実際にメルカリで働くメンバーと話してみたい」「どんな職種・ポジションが自分に合うのか興味がある」「メルカリでの働き方を具体的にイメージしたい」など、少しでもご興味をお持ちの方は、下記キャリア登録画面の「希望するアクション」の項目にて、「カジュアル面談希望」をご選択ください。

What Is Mercari Group Career Registration?

Career Registration is a system that allows you to state or “register” your intentions and interests regarding the work experience and career you have had to date. Doing so will help shed light on potential career opportunities at Mercari.
If you register your information with us, you will receive the following:

• Information about job types and positions at Mercari Group that could be suitable for you based on the information you register
• Information about opportunities to speak with other members in a casual setting (such as a casual interview) about job types and positions at Mercari that could be suitable for you
• Notifications about events related to shaping your career
• etc.

In order for us to achieve our mission of “circulate all forms of value to unleash the potential in all people,” Mercari Group brings together the experience, knowledge, and opinions of members with diverse backgrounds and aims to create an organization where anyone can demonstrate our three values. We look forward to receiving your registration information.

What Is a Casual Interview?

At Mercari, we make arrangements for casual interviews as a place where potential candidates and Mercari members can meet in a relaxed environment to get to know each other and deepen candidates’ knowledge of our company. In this setting, we of course look at whether your experience and skills will be a good fit with Mercari, but we also see it as an opportunity to explore whether your career mindset and what you look for in an employer aligns with our company, and answer your questions.

If you’d like to speak with someone who actually works at Mercari, are interested in finding out what sorts of job types or positions would fit you, would like to get a picture of what it’s like to work at Mercari, or have questions about anything else, a casual interview might be for you. On the Career Registration screen below, click “Action” and then select “Casual interview.”

We cannot promise that everyone who registers with us will have an interview or be put through our screening process. However, we will examine the registration information of everyone who registers with us and give each person our sincere consideration. Thank you for understanding.
