Position Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment for a variety of roles, balancing both high-volume virtual assistant hiring and more specialized corporate roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to ensure we consistently meet our hiring goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our company’s continued growth, offering an exciting opportunity to work across diverse recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both high-volume virtual assistant roles and specialized corporate positions, ensuring all roles are filled within defined timeframes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Provide recommendations on salary expectations, experience levels, and educational backgrounds for each role.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for different types of roles.
- Post job advertisements and engage in proactive outreach to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate additional interview stages with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Assess candidates for long-term potential and alignment with company values.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Ensure that all steps in the recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment on candidate expectations and hiring goals.
- Act as a consultant to internal teams on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, and provide reports to senior management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company and are set up for success.
Location:
Temporary work from home - until further notice then work onsite in our office in Ortigas.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for both volume and specialized roles.
- Experience using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy HR, LinkedIn).
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and tracking recruitment metrics.
