As the global revenue operations leader, you will support our revenue team by effectively leading, managing, and developing a high-performing RevOps function that enables and supports Opus 2’s growth. You will oversee our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, data strategy and insights, metrics and reporting, and revenue technology stack. Additionally, you will be responsible for enabling and supporting deal operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Determine and direct operational priorities connected to new client acquisition, current client growth, and retention to achieve revenue goals effectively.
  • Partner closely with our sales, client success, marketing, and finance leaders and their teams, serving as subject matter expert in revenue operations, to monitor and report on the sales funnel from lead generation through closed won deals.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, and finance organizations.
  • Develop processes, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure our teams are hitting their performance targets. Incorporate early detection and identification into the process to ensure timely actions are taken.
  • Evolve the methods and tools to measure, report and recommend improvements on sales effectiveness and enablement.
  • Partner with sales, finance, and legal on pricing optimization, contract standardization, and quote-to-contract efficiencies.
  • Equitably assign salesforce quotas and territories while ensuring financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales, client success, and marketing organization objectives.
  • Prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales & marketing organization productivity.

Requirements

What we're looking for in you

  • You have powered a high-growth global SaaS revenue growth strategy, driven operational effectiveness, and influenced executives, commercial leaders, and teams.
  • You have eight or more years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience, with three or more years leading/managing the function in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • You can successfully manage analytically rigorous corporate initiatives leveraging standard sales and marketing metrics and benchmarking.
  • You have experience architecting and managing revenue systems from the ground up.
  • You are as comfortable building reports in Salesforce CRM as you are collaborating with executives on board presentations about the meaning of those reports.
  • You communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups.
  • You translate data into insight into action.
  • You help others connect the dots.
  • You know the right balance between speed and accuracy.
  • You are commercially minded and are excited to influence sales, marketing, and client success teams.
