Summary of Expectations and Responsibilities:
Client Relationships:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins and client meetings (Online/In-Person) to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their experience with our services.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
Revenue Growth:
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies and action plans for expanding business within existing MSP accounts.
- Present solutions and effectively communicate the benefits to clients, showcasing how our services differentiate from other suppliers.
Expand Business Categories:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business categories and target industries.
- Collaborate with the business development team to evaluate market potential, competition, and feasibility for new service offerings.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our service portfolio.
- Forge partnerships and strategic alliances with key stakeholders to enhance our market presence and drive business growth
Improve the Success Ratio:
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting teams to understand client requirements and ensure a clear understanding of the desired candidate profile.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients. o Facilitate effective communication and feedback between clients and recruiters to streamline the hiring process.
- Continuously monitor the Success Ratio (requirements received to requirement closed ratio) and identify areas for improvement.
SOP & Compliance:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the requirements and guidelines of our MSP programs.
- Collaborate with the teams to ensure they adhere to all contractual obligations, including background checks, drug screenings, and other compliance-related processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding/transition of new clients and seamless service implementation.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly, working collaboratively with the relevant teams to provide effective solutions
Required Experience/ Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of previous supervisory experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience within staffing industry, knowledge of MSP programs is suggested
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with internal team as well as clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM/ATS, MS Office, and other relevant tools
