eCommerce Trading Executive

Location: High Wycombe offices with hybrid working available 

Term: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: £25000 - £35000 pa plus benefits

As the eCommerce Trading Executive, you will be responsible for actioning online trading initiatives across the Focusrite group brands.

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will have the ultimate goal of delivering direct-to-consumer sales and maximising customer satisfaction. 

Working across our core eCommerce platform and 3rd party marketplaces, you will support the relevant internal and external teams, to play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to optimise our online product range, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

Core responsibilities include;

• Analyse platform and sales data, to identify opportunities for optimisation and action the improvements to support overall sales performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop and execute online promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct regular pricing analysis and optimise pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation 
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on initiatives and opportunities.

 What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of key e-commerce principles
• Experience with eCommerce analytics
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with 3rd party marketplaces including product feeds and automation is preferable
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong Excel skills
• Conversion and Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional collaboration skills - able to work effectively with a variety of different people
• An interest in music/audio or a MI sector background is an advantage, but not essential
