Job Title - Brand Partnership Manager
Location - Bury
Work Schedule - Monday - Friday
Total hours - 40 Hours
I am responsible for........
• Management of the Brand Funded Partnerships and exclusive brand programmes across all fascias
• Positioning of JD Outdoors as the partner of choice for the worlds best outdoor brands.
• Using your brand management skills to unleash the power of our partnerships to gain front-of-mind space with the consumer ensuring all communication is consistent and on brand for all parties.
I do this by.....
• Managing the JD Outdoor rate card, planning and securing funding and coordinating the relationships between brands and internal marketing teams
• Managing the brand funded budgets for relevant activity across all fascias.
• Holding regular meetings with the third party brand contacts and marketing reps constantly looking for ways to grow the relationships
• Working with the Brand and Content team and Head of Brand to look at ways in which planned brand campaigns and brand funded activity can be linked to create efficiencies.
• Working with the Brand and Content team and Social Media team to ensure content is briefed in efficiently and delivered to standard and deadline.
• Working with the POS and CRM teams to ensure content is briefed in efficiently and delivered to standard and deadline.
• Working closely with the commercial/own brand teams to develop and execute content and marketing activity for own brand and branded ranges - ensuring their messages are delivered across all relevant channels
• Maintaining all marketing calendars for all activities
• Creating and managing the critical path for all activity within remit
• Sharing creative/campaign plans with the online team to drive consistency & create co-ordinated campaigns
• Communicating campaigns & coverage
• Monitoring campaign and content results, collating and then sharing with the team and building into future plans

The skills and knowledge I need to do my job are....
• Relevant marketing experience preferably gained in a retail environment.
• A strategic and commercial mind.
• Customer focused.
• Great communicator with the ability to build relationships at a distance and in person. As well as the ability to engage multiple teams to deliver a common goal.
• Strong organisational skills are required to manage multiple projects and timescales.
• An interest in the outdoor industry.
