What would I be doing?

• Lead and mentor the collections team to achieve performance targets.
• Manage high-value or escalated accounts.
• Monitor aging receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Build strong client relationships to resolve disputes and secure payments.
• Refine collections strategies and processes for improved efficiency.
• Develop team members through training and support.
• Prepare and deliver accurate performance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What does winning look like?

• Achieving daily collection dollars at or above the benchmark.
• Lowering AR percentage and days to collect, while maintaining stable cash flow.
• Providing diamond-level management and fostering an enjoyable team culture.
• Success measured by meeting financial metrics and receiving positive team member feedback.
