Ensuring children are safe and we are delivering excellent customer service. </li> <li>Provide training, mentoring, and support to front of house staff, promoting a positive and motivated team environment. As the reception and creative team, work closely alongside one another. </li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and exceptional guest service standards.</li> <li>Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, setting the tone for the team.</li></ul><p><em>Reception Duties - </em></p><ul> <li>Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.</li> <li>Taking part in check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.</li> <li>Address guest inquiries and concerns, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.</li> <li>Ensure the reception area is well-organised and reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.</li> <li>Taking responsibility for the ordering of stock supplies.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>Previous experience in babysitting/ child care/ crafting / family entertainment or a similar is essential.</li> <li>Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office software.</li> <li>A track record of successful collaboration across teams and departments.</li> <li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and having a versatile role within the front of house team which will include a variety of roles.</li></ul><p>As a family-owned, independent Cornish business, we value every member of our talented team.
