- Work hand-in-hand with the Teamlead Art to ensure a seamless and cross-thematic implementation of our captivating creative ideas.
- Collaborate closely with our dynamic creative team to conceive, develop, and implement cutting-edge concepts and ideas across various media channels.
- Bring magic to our brainstorming sessions as you craft captivating concepts and design directions that resonate with our target audience.
- Your creativity knows no bounds! Use your keen eye for aesthetics and visionary ideas to elevate our brand's presence and inspire our audience.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with our marketing teams and external partners to bring out the best in every project and exceed expectations.
- Stay ahead of design trends, continuously infusing your work with fresh and exciting perspectives, and set high standards for design excellence.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- A stellar portfolio that showcases your outstanding design skills and your ability to tackle diverse projects across multiple mediums is mandatory!
- A wealth of experience in translating complex ideas into visually stunning realities.
- You have around 2 years as an Junior Art Director.
- Cross-channel experience in both online and offline marketing, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- You've got a shooter's eye, the knack for point-of-sale (POS) design, and a touch of magic when it comes to crafting eye-catching packaging.
- Your passion for design goes beyond the 9-to-5; it's a way of life that drives you to push boundaries and ignite creative sparks in others.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-driven environment, where everyone's ideas are valued, and creativity knows no bounds.
- Proficiency in both German (native speaker level) and English to ensure seamless communication across our international teams.
