Full of interesting and challenging projects, in a relaxed and friendly environment, our headquarters are in the heart of the city, at Universitate Square.</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain day to day accounting records including Bank, Trade Payables, G/L entries, Accruals and Prepayments;</li><li>Responsible for uploading, requesting approval and posting invoices / receipts in the accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central);</li><li>Monthly Intercompany and supplier reconciliations;</li><li>Daily reconciliation of the bank statements;</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of the vendor balances;</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances;</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of accruals and prepayment accounts;</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of the information for the VAT returns;</li><li>Prepare other ad hoc reports to the CFO or Senior management, if needed;</li><li>Any other ad hoc requirements related to finance department;</li><li>Month end closing procedures that needs to be finalized in 5 business days;</li><li>Assisting with the annual financial statements statutory audit.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you need to know:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an Economics related field;</li><li>Experience of at least 5 years in accounting;</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus;</li><li>Very good knowledge of Excel;</li><li>Very good organizer;</li><li>Attention to details, analytical mind;</li><li>English knowledge – medium level;</li><li>Can work independently;</li><li>Ability to follow documented procedures, logical thinking;</li><li>Willingness to continuously learn and improve;</li><li>Proactive in improving and automating some of the activity;</li><li>Capable of researching standards for registering certain operations;</li><li>Very good communication skills;</li><li>Good handle on working under pressure;</li><li>Outstanding work ethics.</li></ul> •
