Purpose of Position
This English-speaking Junior Account Consultant role forms an integral part of our Essentials UK team. You will provide the first line of support to some of the emerging Advertisers on the network working closely with our team of consultants. You will also provide administrative support in key projects and department tasks that will help add value.
You will receive training and hands-on experience that will equip you to be a highly valued member of the department gaining key knowledge in the affiliate industry.
Key Tasks
- Respond and support on incoming calls in addition to housekeeping and finance emails
- Triaging inbound client queries and assigning to consultants or supporting as required
- Flagging any compliance breaches from unsolicited websites
- Manage and support internal requests from ancillary departments
- Facilitating outreach and opportunities to advertisers to help enhance their programmes
- Admin support on department projects as required from management
- Actioning adhoc data and performance analysis requests for the team, management or wider department.
Skills & Expertise
- Fluent in English – you will need to communicate with internal staff and external clients daily, so written and oral English fluency is a necessity.
- Able to prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines
- Be highly organised and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
- Willing to help peers and pick up additional tasks to share workload
- Show impeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and quality of work
- Take charge of individual responsibilities and arrange appropriate cover for time off
- Once settled, be approachable and help train more junior members of staff in the company
- Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
