About the Role
As a Program/Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product leadership, clients, and team members.
- Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Effectively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Support change management activities for the product suite.
- Ensure that change is coordinated through its lifecycle and is implemented as per SMARSH policies, processes and procedures. This includes validating that all documentation and information associated with the various phases of change are complete and available.
- Understand and appreciate the business and/or technical impact of the changes, ensuring proper Risk Assessment, Impact Assessments and Test Plans are performed.
- Support external audits like SOC2 and ISO.
- Manage the reporting on metrics that relates to the reporting of the volume of changes, types of changes, and no failures of changes.
Desired skills & experience
- 4 – 6 years in Program or Project Management and a relevant certification is desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Good understanding on the incident and problem management, release management, configuration management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), preferably JIRA
- Proficient in storyboarding and creating executive level presentations (.ppt)
