To do this, we’re seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager who’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital ad campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social networks.</p><p>You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work with other departmental leads to deliver detailed campaign plans, ensuring client goals are met or exceeded. You will be accountable for client campaign performance ensuring that digital media products meet the goals of our clients and marketplace. </p><p>You’ll be a digital enthusiast who is conversant with all the main PPC and social media channels, in touch with recent digital trends and innovations, and can spot opportunities ahead of the curve.</p><p>With a focus on results, you will have a passion for data and analytics, but maintain your ability to develop innovative approaches. You will need to be a great communicator, confident in presentations, and keen to develop you own skills.</p><p><strong>Preferred skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills - as you’ll be dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis</li><li>Expert understanding of PPC and SEM and a passion for digital marketing and social media <br><br></li><li>A highly analytical mind and a strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Good project management skills to manage constant workload</li><li>Undergraduate degree preferred – especially one relevant to role</li></ul><p><strong><br>In this role, you’ll:</strong></p><ul><li>Be responsible for campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across all live platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Create media plans and provide spend forecasts.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.</li></ul><ul><li>Regularly audit accounts to improve performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns' performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in developing the agency’s Paid Media offering, proactively suggesting new partners or approaches.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives, and knowledge sharing.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p>Here at Adgen, we understand that diversity is an important part of a truly inclusive community, and it’s something we're committed to as an organisation.
