We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our products.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that tell the story of our products, enhance brand identity, and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure our messaging is consistent, authentic, and impactful across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Customer Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for both new and existing products.
  • Develop research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product roadmap, and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to generate actionable insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop and articulate compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and set Wallex apart from competitors.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all product messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Independently drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, positioning, and PR strategies.
    • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features, defining target segments, channels, pricing, and success metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and marketing, to ensure seamless product launches and drive adoption.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce and deliver engaging marketing content and collateral, such as landing pages, blog posts, videos, case studies, and presentations.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content that supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Sales and Customer Success Enablement:
    • Enable and support sales and product teams with training, materials, tools, and feedback.
    • Develop and maintain a repository of product marketing assets to ensure teams have access to the latest materials.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization:
    • Measure and analyze the performance and impact of product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Use data and feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Alignment:
    • Collaborate with other product marketing managers and stakeholders across different product lines and regions to ensure alignment and consistency in product marketing efforts.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including product managers and marketing professionals, to drive cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Growth Activities:
    • Identify and explore new growth opportunities for existing products, including potential new market segments and partnerships.
    • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives.
    • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and areas for growth, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
    • Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalizing resources such as playbooks for regional marketing teams.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in product, growth, or marketing in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a hyper-growth global tech company.
    • A passion for Wallex’s products and a solid understanding of markets and the competitive landscape, particularly in the fintech or crypto industry.
    • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and managing complex go-to-market campaigns with cross-functional teams.
    • A solid track record in consumer marketing with an understanding of in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing startup environment.
